What happens to my credit record?

When you fell behind with payments on your account it is likely that prior to sale, your lender registered a Default on your credit file. That entry may prevent you from obtaining credit in the future.

If there is also a County Court Judgement on your credit file, associated with an account that we are now managing, we could provide you with a letter to show your account as being paid in full (at such time as you had fully repaid the balance or an agreed sum). That letter would then allow you to inform the Court and to arrange for the CCJ to be marked as satisfied on your credit file.

In order for us to update your credit file with accurate information, please contact us as soon as possible, as this process cannot begin until you make contact.
